• King George, VA, Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00Hourly, Heritage Hall King George is currently accepting applications for a full time Admissions Coordinator. The Admissions Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the long-term care facility by managing the admissions process effectively and providing compassionate support for new residents and their families. This position involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including prospective residents ,their families ,healthcare providers, and internal staff, to ensure a smooth transition into the facility. The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Admissions & Marketing Specialist with assessing the needs of potential residents. : Admissions Assistant Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Effective communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Prior experience in an admissions/marketing position in healthcare environment preferred Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Admissions Assistant Schedule & Full-Time Benefits: 8:30am-5pm Mon-Friday, Full-Time Position Medical, Dental, & Vision Prescription Drug Coverage Life Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts & Health Savings Accounts Voluntary Long/Short-Term Disability Live Health Online PTO Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401K Daily.
