Test lead 4

Test Lead 4 Location: Boston Road 1, Boston, MA, 2598527 Job Description: The Test Lead 4 will be responsible for leading the testing efforts of a software development project. They will work closely with the development team to ensure that all software is thoroughly tested and meets the requirements of the project. The Test Lead 4 will also be responsible for creating and executing test plans, managing test cases, and reporting on test results.

They will work with stakeholders to ensure that all testing is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts of a software development project Create and execute test plans Manage test cases Report on test results Work with stakeholders to ensure that all testing is completed on time and within budget Identify and report defects Provide feedback to the development team on software quality Ensure that all testing is conducted in accordance with industry standards Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience in software testing Experience leading testing efforts on software development projects Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail
