Participate in the Df-OS Management Trainee Program focused on leadership and organizational development. Support strategic client engagement and relationship management activities. Contribute to revenue growth and customer-centric business initiatives. Work on operational excellence and cross-functional execution projects.

Assist in migration management and customer success operations. Collaborate with multiple teams to drive strategic initiatives and business impact. Participate in product knowledge and sales fundamentals training sessions. Handle real-time functional responsibilities with defined KPIs during on-the-job training. Attend leadership development workshops and mentoring sessions with senior leaders.

Demonstrate ownership, agility, and execution excellence in assigned projects. Support organizational transformation initiatives aligned with Df-OS values and vision.
