Residential New Construction Estimator

Description This position's primary responsibility is to analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for HVAC new construction projects.

Requirements

• Residential design & estimating
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Capable of producing Energy Calculations using Energy Gauge and Load Calculations using Wrightsoft
• Auto CAD experience helpful
• Familiar with Excel software
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Great organizational skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
