Now Developer with strong hands-on development and implementation experience across multiple Service. Now modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable Service.

Now solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to deliver enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize Service. Now applications and platform capabilities. Deliver end-to-end Service. Now implementations, enhancements, and integrations. Configure workflows, catalog items, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions. Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Support CMDB design, data governance, and service mapping initiatives. Participate in solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform unit testing, defect resolution, deployment support, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide ongoing support and optimization of Service. Now environments. To qualify for the role: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of hands-on Service. Now development experience. Strong expertise in Service. Now development including scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.

Hands-on implementation experience in at least 2 of the following Service. Now modules : IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) IT Asset Management (ITAM) Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Hands-on experience with Service. Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) . Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Service.

Now APIs. Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP web services. Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
