Senior Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for managing the overall day-to-day field operations and construction activities for the project.

Responsibilities include

implementation and enforcement of safety policies; directing craft personnel and subcontractors; scheduling and sequencing daily construction activities; ensuring compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and project requirements; proactively anticipating and resolving issues that could impact the schedule; promoting and instilling BLHI’s values throughout the workforce; managing the permit and inspection process; monitoring project progress; maintaining QC/QA documentation and as-built drawings; and participating in regularly scheduled progress meetings.
