Shift: This position is Part-time Day (30hrs./week) shift. Roles and Responsibilities: New/Upcoming Graduates encouraged to apply! Sign-On Bonus Available! This position is at an outpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility that offers PT, OT, and SLP services for children ages birth to 13 years of age focusing on improving independence and increasing participation in everyday life.
There is a large team of therapists and support staff committed to each other and our patients. Provides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury, and assists patients to reach maximum performance levels. Provides all components of direct patient care including supervision of physical therapist assistants, support personnel and students.
Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations.

If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
