Direct supervisor: Programs Director Direct Reports: None Position Overview The Seasonal Fitness Instructor is responsible for teaching group fitness classes at BASE Community Center.

This role focuses on what BSCO delivers-ensuring classes are high-quality, community-driven, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure classes deliver a high-quality, safe, and engaging experience for participants. Ability to sub additional classes to promote teamwork and class schedule consistency Qualifications Fitness or Personal Training Certification CPR/First aid/AED Certification, preferred Successful completion of a background check Key Attributes Creative and community-focused fitness instructor.

Adaptable and responsive to class participant ability levels. Committed to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Demonstrates professionalism and effective communication with BASE passholders, BSCO co-workers, and volunteers The pay rate for this position depends on experience.
