• Food Service, Our Multi-Unit Director of Bojangles oversees a group of Bojangles restaurants and is responsible for the operations and development of the management teams within the restaurants. You will be a role model displaying our vision of servant leadership while demonstrating daily our core values. Our Multi-Unit Director of Bojangles provides servant leadership and direction toward achievement of the Company’s goals for sales, profit and growth. Scope of Role Currently, this role will focus on the Bojangles restaurants. Over time, the Multi-Unit Director’s responsibilities will expand to include our other Franchised Food Offerings as well as our proprietary QSR.

Essential Functions

Disseminates and enforces Company Operations standards that ensure the highest levels of Quality, Service and Cleanliness Reviews and monitors financial and operating performance of the restaurants; develops and implements action plans to correct inadequate performance Interviews and hires quality applicants for management positions; coaches and develops the operational, managerial and leadership skills of Unit Directors Supports and executes the Company’s training programs and materials; involved in the development of Team Members; identifies candidates for Assistant Unit Director and Shift Manager Positions Ensures compliance of all Human Resource/Personnel laws including Wage and Hour, EEO and OSHA.

Responds to all employee related complaints on a timely basis Executes current operating objectives; identifies and implements sales building strategies for each restaurant supervised Ensures that established employee turnover, recruitment, staffing and other human resource goals are achieved Directs personnel in the development and implementation of local store marketing activities Qualifications: Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree and 4 to 10 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
