Branch Support Executive

• Operations and Sales Locations : Palakkad, Malappuram, Thrissur Experience: 1-5 years in sales and marketing within the banking sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Salary Range: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month. Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

Ensure KYC compliance as per government and SEBI guidelines; conduct periodic audits. Monitor regulatory updates and implement required changes. Support management in setting targets and analyzing performance. Participate in sales activities and provide sales team support. Improve operational efficiency by streamlining branch processes.

Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards. Prepare and submit regular compliance, sales, and performance reports with insights.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing within the banking sector. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Knowledge of KYC regulations, government rules, and SEBI compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
