Schedule

Full-Time: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Monday through Friday

• Every other weekend required

• Consistent daytime schedule

Position Responsibilities

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout assigned areas of the community.

Responsibilities include

• Clean and maintain assigned areas throughout the community

• Regularly inspect areas for cleanliness and address areas requiring attention

• Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials and necessary equipment

• Keep cleaning supplies and equipment clean, organized, and readily accessible

• Check cleaning equipment daily for proper operation

• Report equipment malfunctions, damage, or safety concerns

• Maintain required housekeeping logs and records accurately and on time

• Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules

• Follow infection control, safety, hazardous waste removal, and other company policies and procedures

• Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, guests, families, and team members

• Work effectively as part of a team

• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday

• Ability to perform routine and repetitive cleaning tasks

• Ability to organize tasks and maintain an effective workflow

• Pleasant personality and patience when interacting with residents, guests, and team members

• Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, healthcare environmental services, senior living, janitorial services, commercial cleaning, or related work is preferred but not required.
