Content Product Manager, ModelArk

We are looking for an industry-oriented business professional who understands generative AI, has strong customer instincts, and is passionate about turning emerging use cases into actionable industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to identify and develop high-value, representative customer cases across key industries. Conduct in-depth case analysis to uncover industry workflows and know-how, emerging applications of Seedance, and real-world outcomes, and turn these insights into valuable materials for internal knowledge sharing and external customer engagement.
• Support ModelArk's LLM global expansion, you will own LLM content strategy and provide content support to cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, etc.). Key duties: collaborate on new model launches, develop sales collaterals, curate/optimize customer success stories, and execute localized marketing activities tailored to regional cultures and channels.
• Conduct in-depth LLM product research, monitor global market trends, and deliver actionable insights to inform LLM product iteration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, solution consulting, account management, or other customer-facing roles, with strong experience working directly with enterprise customers and capable of multi-project management and efficient delivery in a fast-paced working environment.
• Professional experience in the AI industry, with a solid understanding of generative AI products, industry applications, and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience in filmmaking, advertising, media, creative production, or related industries.
• Experience working closely with creators, VFX studios, production companies, agencies, creator platforms, or broader creator ecosystems.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools, particularly AI video or creative production workflows.
• Strong willingness to travel internationally and conduct frequent in-person customer meetings when needed.
