Sota Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services across skilled nursing, long-term care, and/or home health environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving functional outcomes, promoting independence, and enhancing patients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
