In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of custom applications and integrations. You will work with modern Service. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications on the Service. Now platform, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural best practices Platform Modernization: Use UI Builder and Workspace configuration to build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and agent experiences Scripting: Develop workflows and business logic using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Service.

Now server/client-side scripting Automation & Integration: Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP and Integration. Hub Workflow Orchestration: Build automated processes via Flow Designer and support request fulfillment through the Service Catalog Process Alignment: Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes and CMDB to help maintain data integrity and platform health Required Skills & Experience Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience within the Service.

Now platform in a developer capacity Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Service. Now-specific APIs (Glide. Record, Glide. Aggregate, etc.) App Engine: Experience building and deploying Custom Applications Modern Toolset: Working experience with UI Builder and Workspace configuration Integration & Automation: Working knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration.

Hub, and REST/SOAP web service integrations Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Service. Now data model, CMDB structures, and core ITSM modules Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Service. Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly preferred Advanced Certification: Service. Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus Quality Assurance: Exposure to the Automated Test Framework (ATF) Front-End Extension: Knowledge of Service Portal or custom components for UI Builder Requirements Required Skills & Experience Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience within the Service.
