Job Opening: Bilingual Recruiter – Dallas, TX We are a growing staffing agency with our main office based in Miami, FL, and we are currently expanding our operations in Dallas, TX. We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) who is proactive, organized, and passionate about talent acquisition to join our team.

Location: Dallas, TX Main Office: Miami, FL Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various operational positions. Publish job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates. Coordinate hiring and onboarding with both clients and new hires. Support new employee integration and assist with HR-related matters.

Be available on-call during weekends for urgent staffing needs.

Requirements

Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in recruitment or staffing (required). Full-time availability. Own vehicle and valid driver's license. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
