The host & support team is our first impression to welcome guests & visitors. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to be the first face of our brand. • Management of the reservation platform alongside MOD
• Greet, seat, and welcome guests with menus and any initial service ware
• Awareness of dining room status, dirty/clean tables, and server sections
• Communication with FOH and BOH, and providing additional support as needed
• Taking guest information and quoting any wait times to guests
• Cleans, organizes, and stocks menus atthe host area
• Professionally answering phones and managing incoming inquiries
• Providing warm & memorable hospitality in the lobby upon guest entrance and exit
• Cocktail service or additional tasks may be required Knowledge / Skills Required:
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Upscale dining or high-end restaurant experience/sensibility: a plus!
• Willingness to learn and attend supplemental staff trainings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to hospitality
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
