Program Assistant Manager
Job description
The Program Assistant Manager works to support of our residential programs for with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role directly supervises "sub" direct support team members and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and Penn-Mar policies and procedures.
In the absence of a Residential Program Manager, the Program Assistant also may be responsible for overseeing assigned residential homes (which includes scheduling team members, completion of all required documentation, medical oversight, and on-call responsibilities).
