Overview

The Logistics Planner role focuses on planning and managing material flows while ensuring the availability of raw materials, trading goods, and finished products. The position works closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery. Through analytical planning and the use of ERP systems, the Logistics Specialist plays a key role in improving efficiency and maintaining stable operational processes.

Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: Plan and optimize production capacities for finished goods (own production) Ensure that production resources are utilized efficiently based on demand forecasts Plan and manage the trading goods purchase Monitor demand and ensure timely availability of goods to meet customer orders Oversee and maintain customer consignment inventories stored at customer locations Ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment based on agreed conditions Monitor and optimize inventory levels of finished goods in warehouses Ensure stock availability aligns with demand while minimizing excess inventory Plan and manage the procurement of raw materials (RM) required for production Work closely with suppliers and procurement to secure timely deliveries Monitor inventory levels of RM and ensure optimal stock levels Track material consumption and adjust planning accordingly You are the right fit if you have/are Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and SAP Completed business studies or equivalent qualification, such as certification.

Business fluent in spoken and written English. Solid understanding and experience of the MRP procedures Solid understanding of the ERP-based material management. Material planning, material movements. SAP MRP experience is an advantage Team-oriented, structured, and solution-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
