Service Planner

The Service Planner plays a pivotal role in driving both service execution and business growth within our industrial valve service operation. This role is responsible for coordinating daily service workflow while actively engaging with customers to identify new service opportunities and expand existing valve service agreements.

The Service Planner manages job scheduling, work order processing, customer communication, and technician dispatching to ensure timely, high-quality completion of all service work, both in-shop and in the field.

Responsibilities

span all aspects of the Valve Division, including new valves, parts, repair, automation, and field services, with a strong focus on strengthening long-term customer relationships and increasing service revenue.
