POSITION SUMMARY

As a Universal Teller

• Mobile, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience by assisting customers with all consumer banking needs to include transactions, account opening/maintenance, consumer loans, online banking and mobile banking assistance, onboarding, cross-selling of Bank products and services, and resolution of customer service issues. In this role, you will travel to Mountain Community Bank branch locations (Boone & Banner Elk, NC), to provide coverage. Occasional travel to branches in Northeast Tennessee may be required. As a representative of the Bank, you are required to present a positive and professional image at all times. This role is highly visible in the Bank and requires a high level of professionalism and self-awareness.
