What You'll Do

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions Improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, and families Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately and timely Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply Why Join Whitney Oaks Care Center?
