Maintenance Technician | The Fountains Apartments

The Fountains Apartments is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team! This position is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our residents, associates, and guests by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner consistent with CSM Standard Operating Procedures, industry best practices, and regulations.

This position will demonstrate a spirit of service and teamwork to ensure high resident satisfaction and retention within our communities. This would be a full-time position working Mondays

• Fridays 8:00am - 5:00pm with a rotating on-call schedule every three weeks.
