Sales & Marketing Associate

Summary This role is dedicated to driving student enrollment by executing targeted outreach initiatives, including school visits and digital marketing campaigns. The position plays a vital part in shaping and maintaining the SPC brand identity, ensuring uniform communication across all channels. Additionally, the incumbent will manage customer data systems and lead promotional efforts across various media to boost course visibility.

The role also involves crafting compelling enrollment materials and partnership proposals for external organizations, while utilizing data analysis to forecast enrollment trends and support strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Execute targeted outreach strategies to attract prospective students via direct visits, digital channels, and marketing campaigns. Support the formulation and rollout of the SPC brand strategy to guarantee consistent messaging across all communication platforms. Oversee the accuracy and up-to-date status of customer relationship databases.

Plan and launch diverse promotional activities, including social media, print, and radio, to heighten awareness of available courses. Develop and deliver enrollment kits, partnership proposals, and sponsorship bids to potential organizational partners. Monitor enrollment metrics, generate analytical reports, and project future student intake numbers to facilitate effective resource planning.

Requirements

Proven ability to design and implement successful marketing and outreach campaigns. Strong skills in brand management and consistent messaging across multiple platforms. Proficiency in maintaining and managing customer databases. Experience creating promotional materials for various media channels. Capability to prepare professional proposals and presentation packages for stakeholders.
