Support the Team. Make Every Stay Count. Ascent Hospitality is seeking a hands-on, guest-focused Hotel Guest Services Manager to lead the front desk team at Home2 Suites by Hilton West Lafayette. You’ll help deliver a welcoming guest experience, support daily hotel operations, and coach a team that makes guests feel at home.

What You’ll Do: Oversee front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, guest requests, and service recovery. Lead, train, schedule, and support front desk team members. Respond to guest feedback and help resolve concerns promptly. Support room revenue, occupancy, labor, and front office performance goals. Maintain Hilton brand standards, accurate records, and a safe, organized front desk.

What We’re Looking For: Hotel front desk or guest-service experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A positive, dependable, guest-first approach. Comfort working with hotel systems and supporting a flexible hotel schedule. Hilton brand experience is a plus.
