Role Summary

We are looking for professionals from Capital Market Broker Back Office Operations who are eager to transition into a Manual Testing career. The role focuses on testing applications related to Clearing, Settlement, Trade Processing, and Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Understand broker back-office workflows including trade confirmation, clearing, settlement, and reporting. Translate business processes into test scenarios and test cases. Perform manual testing of capital market applications. Validate trade lifecycle from execution to settlement closure. Identify defects and coordinate with development teams for resolution.

Participate in functional, regression, and UAT testing. Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports. Required Profile Experience in Capital Market Broker Back Office Operations (mandatory). Strong knowledge of: Trade processing Clearing & Settlement Client reporting & reconciliation Strong interest in shifting career into Software Testing/QA.

Good analytical and communication skills.
