Housekeeping Supervisor 4p-12a

Kenly 95 Petro is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team during the 4 PM – 12 AM evening shift. The ideal candidate will ensure all areas of the property are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests, while overseeing staff performance, scheduling, and training.

Requirements

Direct and support housekeeping team members during the evening shift. Assign and monitor daily cleaning tasks to ensure completion in a timely and thorough manner. Provide training and ongoing feedback to ensure quality standards are met. Perform regular inspections of guest areas, restrooms, and common areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Manage staffing needs, breaks, and shift coverage to maintain efficiency. Report inventory needs for cleaning supplies and coordinate with management for restocking. Communicate maintenance needs or guest concerns to the appropriate departments promptly.

Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment. Assist team members with cleaning tasks as needed, especially during busy periods. Respond to guest requests or complaints with professionalism and urgency.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role preferred. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
