Automated dialing system — no manual dialing. Supportive team & proven scripts. Full-time schedule: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM EST (no weekends!) What You’ll Do. Handle outbound calls on our dialer (no cold leads).Follow a simple script to verify customer info and pre-qualify interest.Transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents.

Earn commission for every billable transfer (customer on call 3+ mins).What We’re Looking For. Prior call center or transfer agent experience is strongly preferred.Professional, reliable, and coachable.Tech-ready:PC or laptop with i5 processor (or higher), Windows 10+Upload Sped of 30 mbps minimum Minimum 8GB RAMWired internet only (no Wi-Fi or hotspot)USB headset with mic.
