Operation Supervisor - Outbound (Ayutthaya)

● Strong operational control and problem-solving skills for Outbound (OB) processes ● Ability to manage workforce and monitor daily team performance ● Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional departments ● Capable of handling operational issues and providing timely resolutions ● Support productivity, quality, and process accuracy targets ● Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency ● Ensure smooth workflow execution and minimize operational delays ● Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards ● Backlog chasing and SLA control ● Good communication skills ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) ● Experience or strong interest in Express or Warehouse Operations, especially Inventory and Claim processes ● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively ● Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle extended working hours during campaigns ● Willing to work mostly afternoon/night shifts ● Fast response and able to work well under pressure ● Good team coordination and cross-functional communication skills ● Ability to manage operational issues and support daily process execution
