SMART Management and Bridge. Prep Academy are looking for a dynamic, highly organized VPK Teacher to serve as the instructional and operational leader of our Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten program. What You’ll Do Lead Instruction: Coach and support VPK teachers through regular observations, modeling, and feedback to ensure high-quality, standards-aligned instruction. Master Operations & Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with Florida VPK regulations, DCF licensing requirements, staff ratios, and audit standards.

Partner with Families: Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents to support student progress and host engaging family events. Drive Year-1 Impact: Lead your team to achieve 85%+ kindergarten readiness, maintain peak enrollment, and foster high staff retention. What You’ll Need Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.

Credentials: Valid/eligible Florida Teaching Certification with VPK Endorsement. Clearance: Successful Level 2 background screening (FL Care Provider Clearinghouse / HB 531). References: 3 professional references (including at least 1 former direct manager). Mindset: Strong operational acumen and a deep commitment to student success.
