How We Work: The Tejas Core Values
These aren't posters on a wall - they're how we hire, how we operate, and how we win:
-
Team Tejas - The shop, the counter, dispatch, and the sales team all win together. You communicate clearly and pitch in wherever the branch needs you.
-
Growth Oriented - You're always adding to your toolbox: new equipment lines, new diagnostic skills, new certifications. We'll invest in your training if you bring the drive.
-
Mentoring Others - You share what you know. Whether it's walking a newer tech through a tough diagnosis or showing a driver what to watch for, you make the whole shop stronger.

If those sound like you, you'll fit right in.
