Millwork Account Manager

• Houston, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 2 Year Degree, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Sales, The Account Manager will have a number of customer accounts. The primary responsibility is to service these accounts and process the customer’s orders to ensure the customer’s satisfaction. The position includes; daily tasks with emphasis on accuracy, effective communication with the customer and with production personnel, and quality control with an ultimate objective of excellent customer service. (Management may amend or assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time) Work closely with customers to process their orders. Be able to keep track of orders and update the sales ticket, as the customer’s needs change. Have daily communications with production personnel to apprise them of new and updated orders. Must be able to provide friendly and prompt service to customers both on the phone and via email. Be able to work effectively with others and keep up with rapidly changing priorities.

Qualifications

Highly organized and efficient. Demonstrates team capabilities, self-motivated and able to work independently. Demonstrates excellent cross functional working relationships (co-workers/management) Strong Microsoft Office, phone, and computer skills.

Prior experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Shows consistent professionalism and good judgement.
