Keep reading! We are looking for a team member to assist our clients in taking care of their buildings. Our team's goal is to keep our clients building in a healthy work environment for their employees, guests, and clients. Job Description: We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, maintenance duties.

The goal is to keep our Customers building in a clean and orderly condition. Clean commercial buildings (medical buildings, offices, etc.) Responsibilities include: Clean and disinfect surfaces Cleans bathrooms and refills supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) Dusts Empty trash and takes to dumpster Vacuum and mop floors Log in to Bamboo HR upon arrival/log out upon departure Finishes jobs in a timely manner Always puts their best effort into each job Achieves Rangel Janitorial’s and client’s standards Has knowledge and safely uses cleaning products provided Maintain safety of the building at all times (keeping doors locked, closing windows, etc.)

Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to follow directions and have respect for others Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently Requirements: Punctual Able to lift 25lbs Team player Responsible Reliable Hard working Honest Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.
