Mission Critical Project Engineer

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical Project Engineer for data center MEP project engineering and field coordination in the Kansas City, MO market. Pay: $180,000-$220,000/year, based on experience Location: Kansas City, MO Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs Type: Full-Time W-2 Responsibilities:

• Support project managers and field teams with MEP-heavy data center construction execution
• Track RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, procurement items, change documentation, and field issues
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, commissioning, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams
• Help maintain schedules, progress tracking, punch lists, commissioning readiness, and turnover documentation
• Communicate clearly with project stakeholders and keep technical documentation organized Requirements:
• Mission-critical, data center, commercial MEP, electrical, mechanical, or critical infrastructure construction exposure
• Project engineering, field engineering, assistant project management, or coordinator experience on technical builds
• Ability to read drawings/specifications and track RFIs, submittals, changes, issues, and documentation
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through in a fast-moving construction environment
• Familiarity with MEP systems, commissioning milestones, NEC/NFPA concepts, and project controls is preferred
• Ability to work in the Kansas City, MO market and complete any site onboarding requirements
• Dependable, safety-minded, commercially aware, and comfortable in fast-moving project environments Why this role: - $180,000-$220,000/year estimated compensation range based on experience
