Lead Financial Management Analyst

You will serve as a LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the DRPM Submarines Division of the Comptroller Directorate of NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (GS-13 equivalent grade level) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing financial management analysis to plan and execute financial resources in compliance with financial regulations and policies, including utilizing enterprise financial systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Program and Budget Information System (PBIS), to extract data, track multiple appropriations, and support the planning, programming, budget and execution (PPBE) process.
