Bambini Montessori Academy is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher Aideto join our teaching team. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Teacher to help create asafe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities

As a Teacher Aide, you will:

Assist with classroom activities and daily routines

Supervise and engage with children to support their growth and learning

Prepare and organize classroom materials

Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

The Teacher Aide is a valued member of the teaching team and contributes to the overall success of the classroom by fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Requirements for Teacher Aide

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Minimum 1 year of related experience

Must be at least 18 years old

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available

Schedule Options:

Full-time: 8-hour shifts

Part-time: 3+ hours/day

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Location: On-site (telework not available)
