We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and service-oriented Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm .

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Manage restaurant reservations, guest arrivals, and seating arrangements efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and present menus when required. Maintain accurate knowledge of outlet operating hours, menus, promotions, and hotel facilities. Monitor table availability and coordinate closely with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow.

Answer telephone inquiries and handle reservation requests professionally. Recognize returning guests and special occasions and communicate relevant information to the team. Assist with guest requests, feedback, and concerns and escalate when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and entrance area.

Coordinate effectively with the Restaurant Manager, Supervisors, Kitchen, and service team. Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, health and safety, and service standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Management team.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred. Warm, confident, and outgoing personality with a passion for guest service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to remain professional and composed during busy periods. Well-groomed with a professional appearance. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
