Social Services Coordinator

The Social Services Coordinator assists residents of senior affordable housing in accessing resources and social services that support their continued health and well-being. The Social Service Coordinator works directly with residents to identify their needs and connect them with appropriate services. The position also builds relationships with community service providers, maintains a directory of available resources, and offers advocacy and educational opportunities for residents.

In addition, the Social Service Coordinator maintains confidential resident files accurately and in accordance with HUD requirements. The Social Service Coordinator works independently, but also as part of the property management team.
