2027 Summer Internship

Looking to launch your career in Banking, Investments, Wealth Management, or other areas of The Bank? Spend your summer with The National Bank of Indianapolis through our signature Banking Futures Program, an immersive experience designed to prepare the next generation of financial leaders. This isn’t a “coffee run” internship.

You’ll tackle real challenges, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain the kind of inside access that sets you apart when it’s time to start your career. INSIDE ACCESS: Hear directly from leaders about how various parts of the Bank fuel growth, strategy, and client success CONNECT: Spend a day volunteering with a local nonprofit. Because strong communities and strong banks go hand in hand. EXPAND YOUR NETWORK: Socials, events, and professional development sessions connect you with peers, employees, and leaders across the Bank.

CAP IT OFF: Showcase your skills and growth by presenting your final project to NBofI leadership at the close of the program.
