RN Supervisor PT Night Shift

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Long‑Term Care provides clinical leadership and oversight to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality, and resident‑centered care. This role supervises daily nursing operations, supports staff performance, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, including CMS and survey requirements.

The RN Supervisor acts as a clinical resource, promotes best practices, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to meet the medical, psychosocial, and rehabilitative needs of residents.
