Ready to take the next step? A TYPICAL DAY AT THE OFFICE: As an Assistant to Notaries or Legal Assistant, you will support a team of notaries mostly specialized in Real Estate Law. Amongst your responsibilities, your tasks will include: Update meeting minutes, company files, and related records; Conduct searches in the corporate registry; Compile and coordinate financing and real estate transaction files; Prepare and review legal documents (sales, financing, security interests, and various agreements).
