Your Tasks Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support workforce planning in alignment with business needs Manage performance management and compensation programs Plan, coordinate, and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities Support talent development and succession planning initiatives, as well as organizational development and employee engagement activities Handle employee relations matters, including employee grievances and labor-related issues, ensuring compliance with Korean labor laws and global HR policies Review, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure effective HR operations Maintain HR data and SAP Success.

Factors systems, and conduct HR data analysis to support HR operations and decision-making Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experience across various HR functions Proficiency in both Korean and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
