Payroll Specialist

Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state payrolls for CSW Industrials and its operating companies. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to ensure payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and exceptional employee experience.

The ideal candidate possesses strong UKG Pro expertise, payroll tax knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple business units.
