Assistant Customer Care and Shipping Manager

Superior Recreational Products (SRP) specializing in the manufacture and sale of premium commercial recreational products such as commercial outdoor playground equipment, shelter structures, shade structures, and site amenities. The Assistant Customer Care and Shipping Manager oversees the daily activities of the Customer Care and Shipping team in multiple locations and provides informational and technical support to SRP customers.

Manages daily interface with customers, including order management, shipping status and customer claims for discrepancies. This is a critical role interfacing with engineering, purchasing and operations to ensure customer needs are met.
