Project Manager

IMTF Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a global software product company specializing in Compliance & Automation, IMTF Group develops cutting-edge Reg. Tech solutions, with a specific focus on Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Fraud. Our goal is to provide top-notch products and services that enable organizations to automate manual processes using Machine Learning and Data Science, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Project Manager AFCS will play a pivotal role in our company, responsible for effectively managing the delivery of projects related to the IMTF Anti-Financial Crime Suite (AFCS). This suite includes a range of innovative software solutions that assist financial institutions in identifying and preventing financial crimes.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of the AFCS projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, data science, and consulting, to ensure seamless execution of projects. Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones, and actively monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project execution and professional growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading the successful delivery of complex software projects within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) regulations. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
