Agricultural Technical and Business Development Manager

FUNCTION SUMMARY

Lead technical and business development efforts in collaboration with the global Agriculture Sales and Engineering teams to expand McLanahan’s market share across its agricultural product portfolio. Provide global technical leadership and innovation oversight for McLanahan’s Agricultural technologies. This role is responsible for setting technical standards, driving innovation, supporting complex global projects, and ensuring consistent, high-performance outcomes for installations across all regions. The position works closely with engineering, sales, operations, and customers to support both sand and manure operations.
