Domain Expert – Human Resources Experience: 10+ Years Qualification: Graduate Degree + MBA in HR Job Description: Provide specialist HR expertise for large-scale infrastructure/railway project assignments. Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management . Strong experience in HR operations, manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce management and HR administration.

Experience in managing manpower requirements for large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams will be preferred. Support workforce planning, recruitment, deployment, HR policies and project-level HR coordination. Coordinate with project management, functional teams, contractors and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.

Relevant project/consultancy/infrastructure sector experience will be an advantage.
