  • Nottinghamshire, NG15 Care & Safeguarding: Create a culture of care, delivering enhanced support, active listening, and safeguarding for young people in court cell suites and during transport. Safe Escorting: Transport young people securely to court, appointments, and secure establishments, ensuring timely and safe arrivals. Security & Conduct: Perform routine searches (people, possessions, vehicles, locations) and maintain control, discipline, and a safe, structured environment. Attention to Detail: Verify identities, track property, check warrants, and complete movement logs accurately. Wellbeing & First Aid: Monitor health, conduct, and mental wellbeing, stepping in to deliver first aid or conflict de-escalation whenever required. Who We’re Looking For No prior custody, transport, or security experience is required. We welcome applicants from customer service, care, retail, hospitality, logistics, armed forces, and social work backgrounds Requirements: A full UK Driving Licence. A basic level of physical fitness to carry out operational duties safely. Strong communication, empathy, resilience, and calm judgement under pressure.
