Director of Health Information Managment

The Director of Health Information Management provides strategic and operational leadership for all HIM functions across acute care, and outpatient healthcare services. This role is responsible for advancing health information governance, revenue cycle integrity, data quality, and operational excellence while leading the modernization and automation of HIM processes.

The Director partners with clinical, revenue cycle, compliance, information technology, and executive leadership teams to leverage technology, artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and data analytics to improve efficiency, enhance patient access to information, support organizational growth, and optimize regulatory and reimbursement outcomes.
