Job Description: Mission Developing and executing a wide range of design projects. Main Objectives Being an Art Services Supervisor ensures assignments meet established standards and deadlines. May obtain supplies and services from outside vendors Main Responsibilities

1. Compliance to Company Quality System.
2. Compliance to ISO9000, ISO 18001 & ISO14000 & HACCP internal & external requirements.
3. Run equipment of CTP efficiently ( plates making ) .
4. Coordinate PM&R for Esko.
5. Maintain equipment and area to high standard .
6. Perform preventive maintenance of equipment .
7. Follow up print quality and coordinate required modifications with designers.
8. Check & develop art work against print standards ( Crown booklets ).
9. Maintain DIF to standard .
10. Coordinate production schedule with commercial dept. and ink room & prepare DIF + plates and coordinate ink as per production schedule .
11. Follow up label proofs , print quality against standard .
12. Monitor performance trends in Decorators , Inkers and follow up needed repairs. Background : 3 years experiences in printing press or any field related Reported to: Production Manager Experience and Key competences Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology Familiar with equipment safely and efficiently Good kowledge of production art Concept development Good verbal and written communication skills Time-management skills Creativity
