Position Title: BHT Transporter with Peer Support Certification Location: 11645 N. Cave Creek RD Phx AZ 85020

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Transporterwho holds a validPeer Support Certificationand an activeArizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. This role includes transporting clients safely and respectfully to appointments and group sessions, as well asfacilitating peer-led support groups that promote recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients to and from designated locations.
• Facilitate peer support groups focused on recovery, empowerment, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate logs for transportation and group attendance.
• Support clients in navigating behavioral health services.
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure continuity of care.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Peer Support Certification (Arizona)
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history
• Eithera currentBHT Certification ora minimum of4 consecutive years of experience working as a BHT
• Experience in behavioral health or peer support preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
